Every order ships free from our warehouse in Ontario, California. Orders are packed within 1-3 business days; most addresses in the continental US receive the board within 3-7 business days after dispatch, and every parcel is tracked - the tracking number comes by email the moment it leaves.
You have 30 days from delivery to start a return. The board comes back unused, in its original packaging; return shipping is paid by the customer and a restocking fee of up to 15% can apply depending on its condition. Once it arrives and is inspected, the refund goes back to the original payment method within a few business days.
Rinse with fresh water after salt, let the board dry before rolling it up, and keep it out of direct sun while inflated - heat raises the pressure inside. Inflate to the pressure printed by the valve and check it again after the first hour on cold water.

TWILIGHT is the Sport Line in violet and lime - 11'0" of glide. Six inches longer than the Easy Jet means more speed per stroke and a calmer ride when the water is not flat. For riders who want to cover distance, not just float.
Same complete kit in the backpack: board, double-action pump, three-piece aluminium paddle, fins, coiled leash. Inflate to 12-15 psi and the board is ready in minutes.
Drop-stitch PVC construction, stiff at pressure. Holds riders and gear up to 385 lbs. Rinse after salt water, dry, roll - it still fits in a closet.

Every WheeJet comes with the same kit. Length changes how the board feels and how much it carries: 330 lbs at 10′6″, 385 lbs at 11′0″, 440 lbs at 11′6″.

This SUP is really bright and beautiful. It arrived quickly, and everything was well-packaged with a complete set. Unfortunately, I haven't had the chance to inflate and test it yet. It seems quite large, though! I'm planning to use it in nature this summer, so I'll probably update my review then. Overall, it looks great and will be convenient to take with me outdoors
Great paddle board, arrived quickly and well packaged, in a double box. All parts were also neatly packed. The board is very beautiful, a bit larger than expected, we didn't anticipate it being this big, but it seems reliable. We inflated it right away, the seams are even, and it inflated quickly.

Good paddle board. It's difficult and takes a long time to inflate it, so I recommend getting a battery-operated pump that inflates it automatically. You can also take this pump with you to places where there's no electricity. The weight of this SUP without accessories is 6.5 kg. I paddled on it near some quarries, and it's a sturdy SUP; it rubbed against rocks and didn't tear.
Yes - every board has a bungee cargo net at the nose for a dry bag, shoes or a water bottle.
Yes. The D-rings on the deck take a kayak seat, so the board converts to a sit-down paddle. We sell the seat separately.

No - the graphics are UV-printed and keep their colour for years. Just do not store the board inflated in direct sun.

Inflated to 12-15 psi it stands firm underfoot. The double-action pump in the bag gets it there; the maximum is 20 psi.
