Where should I choose to SUP for the first time?
There are so many great places to explore with your SUP board. But for the first time, we suggest you choose a calm location that is protected from both wind and waves, and choose a smooth entry point to the water to launch your board, like a sandy beach, grassy field or a boat dock. Always check information about local regulations and dangers related to standup paddle boarding and surfing
How long is the warranty period for my SUP board?
Your warranty period for WHEEJET inflatable SUP board is valid for two (2) years (except the rental board “NUTS”) from the date of the original purchase from the dealer/shop and is valid provided the product is only used in accordance with published guidelines from WHEEJET, including the product’s user manuals and technical specifications.

This SUP is really bright and beautiful. It arrived quickly, and everything was well-packaged with a complete set. Unfortunately, I haven't had the chance to inflate and test it yet. It seems quite large, though! I'm planning to use it in nature this summer, so I'll probably update my review then. Overall, it looks great and will be convenient to take with me outdoors
Great paddle board, arrived quickly and well packaged, in a double box. All parts were also neatly packed. The board is very beautiful, a bit larger than expected, we didn't anticipate it being this big, but it seems reliable. We inflated it right away, the seams are even, and it inflated quickly.

Great paddleboard. The first time the pump was broken, but the seller sent me a new one for free. We’ll see how it performs on the water in summer, but for now, I’m completely satisfied with the completeness, color, and quality. Good paddle board. It's difficult and takes a long time to inflate it, so I recommend getting a battery-operated pump that inflates it automatically. You can also take this pump with you to places where there's no electricity. The weight of this SUP without accessories is 6.5 kg. I paddled on it near some quarries, and it's a sturdy SUP; it rubbed against rocks and didn't tear.
