Which board should I choose?
Start with your weight and what you carry. The 10'6" boards hold up to 330 lbs and are the easy first board - lighter to carry, faster to inflate. The 11'0" Sport Line holds up to 385 lbs and glides further per stroke. The 11'6" Pro Line holds up to 440 lbs - room for a passenger, a dog or a cooler.
What makes AURA different?
AURA has RGBW diodes built into the hull during assembly, not stuck on afterwards. It holds more than a hundred light effects and comes with a waterproof bag for the controller. By day it is a normal board with the same construction as the rest of the line.
What comes with the board?
Everything you need to get on the water: the board, a hand pump, a three-piece adjustable aluminium paddle, three removable fins, a safety leash and a fabric backpack. AURA also comes with the waterproof LED controller bag.
How much do I inflate it?
Most boards run at 12-15 psi - the recommended pressure is printed next to the valve. Check the pressure again after the first hour on cold water - it drops as the air cools.
How much is shipping?
Free on every order. Boards ship from our warehouse in La Puente, California: packed within 1-3 business days, 3-7 business days in transit for most of the continental US, and every parcel is tracked.
Can I return a board?
Yes - you have 30 days from delivery. The board has to come back unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer and a restocking fee of up to 15% can apply depending on the condition it comes back in. Every board is also covered by a 3-year manufacturer warranty.
Do you sell used or demo boards?
No. Everything we ship is new.
How do I look after it?
Rinse with fresh water after salt, let it dry before rolling it up, and keep it out of direct sun when it is inflated - heat raises the pressure inside the board.
