Shipping policy

Where we ship from. Every order ships from our warehouse in Ontario, California (Greater Los Angeles). We currently ship within the United States.

Cost. Shipping is free on every order.

Handling time. Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays).

Delivery time. Most addresses in the continental US receive their order within 3-7 business days after dispatch. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and remote areas can take longer.

Tracking. Every parcel is tracked. You receive the tracking number by email the moment your order leaves the warehouse.

Damaged or missing items. Please check the box on arrival. If anything is damaged or missing, email support@wheejet.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number and we will sort it out.
